Question 38 under Question Type 7, the first option is not だったよね but だったようね.

In the PDF on Scribd (found by searching ‘2022 12 jlpt pdf’ on Google), it appears as だったようね.

Judging from the meaning of the question, ようね expresses ‘it seems / it looks like’, which is used to mislead test-takers into interpreting it as a recollection, making it a deliberate distractor.

Admin Thanks for the source. However, 'だったようね' is grammatically unnatural (we don't pair 'it seems' with specific questions like 'what number'), which suggests it might be a typo in that PDF. 'だったよね' would be the more logical distractor here, as it tests the common mistake of using confirmation (よね) instead of recollection (だっけ).

Curator Question 40 under Question Type 7, the word is written as 公演パンフレント, but it should be 公演パンフレット.
